I got this in my inbox: ¨Could you help me lose some weight. With me and food, I get a panicking feeling in my stomach & I eat, even though I may not be hungry.¨
If you or someone you care for has a similar issue but they feel it in their chest or throat or mouth for example, this is just because different people have different manifestations of where they feel it in the body. And there are many approaches to this challenge. I will outline a few here with scripts that you or yours can use.
Starting Setup
¨I get a panicking feeling in my stomach. And then to do something about this panicking feeling, I eat. I choose to love, accept, and forgive myself, even when I don. And that´s OK. Then I panic because I have eaten yet again. I get a panicking feeling in my stomach. And then to do something about this panicking feeling, I eat. And so on… But… I choose to now recognize that the eating is just my way of dealing with the panicking feeling in my stomach. I choose to love, accept, and forgive myself, even when I don´t. And that´s OK. I choose to heal this panicking feeling in my stomach. I recognize that by healing this panicking feeling in my stomach, I no longer need to eat it better. I recognize that like everyone else, I am a deeply emotional human being, and that by healing my emotions, I can find freedom and joy. Till then, I allow EFT to help me in every way. I accept myself anyway.¨
Follow this Setup with the following. Ask yourself for a time not related to food at all when you remember getting this panicking feeling in your stomach. It could be from childhood, it could be from a few years ago, or it could be from today. Whatever comes to you is the right event to work on. Imagine how you would feel if you saw a black-and-white film of this event on a small TV screen in front of you. Rate the intensity of emotion 10-0 or Small Medium or Large (no pun intended) and tap as follows till zero or Small or gone.

You do not need to change the words at all, especially 먹튀커뮤니티 if the numbers are going down for you. Just keep tapping till the event intensity feels much less or gone.
Now find a time when you over-ate. This is easy – it could have been half an hour ago, a day ago, or one day last week, for example. Ask yourself – if you were to go back in time to the beginning of that overeating event, what are the chances on an emotional (not logical) level, that you would overeat? Rate the need to overeat on that particular event 10-0 or Small Medium or Large (no pun intended) and tap as follows till zero or Small or gone.

Repeat this whole procedure every day for an hour or so if you can. Keep going until you run out of past events. Take each day as it comes. You can get there. Enjoy the journey and the healing.
